Clem Healthcare Services, Inc. (CHS) is a Residential Service Agency, also referred to as RSA. Clem Healthcare Services, Inc. got licensed in 2018 by Department of Maryland Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of Health Care Quality. Clem Healthcare Services, Inc. is licensed to provide “Level of Care: Complex Care provided by RN/LPN supervision of Aides.” Our RSA License # R4340.
